With David’s financial experience, Darren's trade experience and Phil's agency background we had a fantastic triage of skills not to mention all of our own years of experience being landlords personally and understanding what it is a client desires from his Letting agent.
Based in Thornton Cleveleys we predominately cover Blackpool and the Fylde Coast but over the years we have been introduced to clients all over the North West and now enjoy managing properties throughout Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
We are personally accredited landlords by Blackpool Council and have long and solid relationships with many different local organisations whom can only benefit investors locally. We are members of the National Landlords Association and also regulars at the Blackpool local residents and landlord forum.
We have less than a 5% arrears rate for 2009 and the average void period on a property on our database is less than 3 weeks.
